I really like my purchase and am really satisfied with it. The keyboard is big and the touchpad is easy to use also. The Apple Magic Mouse 1 that i have connected right up to it, no additional down load needed. It comes preloaded with Itunes, Notes, and more apps. If you have a Ipad, and you want something that could be a companion to it,You will not go wrong buying this machin e. I also like the fact that the keyboard is lit up so that you can actually see the letters and it is not a blinding light, just enough to not have to strain your eyes. The ONLY con that i have seen so far is that it is a bit heavy, but the e fact that it is faster than my new HP more than makes up for that fact. Comparatively speaking this laptop is super fast compared to Windows. I use it more than I use my other laptop. I am very impressed with it! It has a good, clear screen that has no dead pixels on it. It arrived in great condition and was ready to use right out of the box. I like this laptop but it is not for everyone. The MacBook Pro 14 and MacBook Pro 16 both saw small price increases when they launched in 2021, so the MacBook Pro 13 might not escape a similar price rise. Although, they introduced a new entry-level 13-inch MacBook Pro, reduced the price of the MacBook Air and cut the costs for the various storage options. The larger screen is just right but then I have a 26 inch monitor for my Window desk top computer. Apple quietly just did a MacBook lineup revamp: the MacBook is gone, and there is not any MacBook Pro left without a Touch Bar. Viewing just the features of the original computer,It is a bit heavy but has a sturdy metal casing.

They will only work on one side of it,the Mac side. You have to buy programs,including anti-virus,for both sides.That can be costly.Some game sites are not designed to work on a dual boot machine. I really like the Photo Booth feature,typical to all MacBook Pro's. I am a gamer and can do both Mac and Windows games on it. There is a very large hard drive ,a faster processor and a lot of memory.
This was not your typical 17 inch MacBook Pro but a dual boot refurbished one with Lion and Windows Ultimate.
